Karolinska Institutet joins as clinical partner with focus on patients with AMD & geographic atrophy

Daniel R. Muth (Daniel Muth | Karolinska Institutet ) is a trained ophthalmologist and research specialist at the Division of Eye and Vision, Department of Clinical Neuroscience, Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden. Following preliminary testing on healthy subjects, Daniel and his team are preparing for patient examinations, focusing on individuals with age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and varying degrees of geographic atrophy. The research, conducted at Karolinska Institutet, aims to evaluate the applicability of BulbiCAM’s functional testings in patients with poor fixation stability.
